Prepare permitted investor outreach around the selected property audience and approved campaign rules.
Explore investor campaigns →Real estate direct mail uses postcards, self-mailers, or letters to reach selected property audiences or local markets. Sendvo separates investor acquisition from professional outreach, then connects the chosen audience, creative, workflow, and budget. The campaign owner controls audience rights, content, offers, and approval.
Sendvo supports campaign operations. It does not make property, housing, eligibility, or offer decisions.

Review audience options →In a Sendvo analysis of 39,718 eligible real estate mail pieces, 39,716 received automated labels. Folded self-mailer or short-brochure proxies represented 45.3%, while two envelope-and-letter proxies together represented 52.1%. URLs appeared on 80.3% and phone paths on 63.6%. These are frequency patterns, not performance results.
Use a letter when the campaign needs more explanation, qualification, or disclosure. The observed share does not prove that letters perform better.
Use a self-mailer only when its reading job, content, and postal path fit the campaign. It was the largest single format label, not a majority.
Choose one primary action and decide whether the other path supports it. A piece could contain both labels.
