Effective June 19, 2026. This policy describes how Sendvo collects and uses information when you join the closed beta waitlist or receive product-update email from us.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist at app.sendvo.io, we collect:

• Your email address and any profile details you provide during WorkOS sign-up
• That you requested beta access through our waitlist flow
• Authentication and session metadata handled by our identity provider

How we use it

We use this information to notify you about beta access, product updates, and launch-related announcements for Sendvo. We do not sell your email address.

Where it is stored

Waitlist and account data are processed through WorkOS, our authentication provider. Product-update email may also be stored in Resend when we send marketing or launch announcements.

How long we keep it

We retain waitlist contacts until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, or until the data is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected.

Your choices

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link managed through Resend topic preferences. You can also contact us to update or delete your waitlist entry.
