What is Sendvo?
A self-service direct-mail platform. You build or upload an address list, design a postcard in the browser, and we print, mail, and track every piece through USPS.
How does Sendvo send postcards?
You build the audience by drawing on a map, picking ZIP codes, choosing counties, selecting US states, or uploading a CSV. You design the postcard in the browser. When you click send, we print the cards, hand them to USPS, and track every piece through delivery.
What audience modes do you support?
Five: draw a polygon on a map, select ZIP codes, pick counties, choose entire US states, or upload an address list as a CSV. Every list is CASS-verified before charge.
Can I trigger postcards from my CRM or store?
Yes, on Growth. Events from tools like HubSpot, Shopify, or Salesforce can reach Sendvo through a no-code tool or the API. No native connector is claimed; see /integrations.
Do I need a designer or developer?
No. The browser editor ships with templates for cash offers, abandoned-cart winbacks, and thank-yous, with merge tags for names, addresses, and offer codes. Developers can use the API; nobody has to.
What does Sendvo cost?
Sendvo uses prepaid credits, with 1 credit equal to 1 cent. A 4×6 postcard costs 92 credits on Local. Local has no monthly plan fee, Operator is $499/month plus credits, and Growth is $999/month plus credits. See the pricing page for the current rate card.
