Mail processing, delivery, and support
Before a Send, you approve exactly what will be mailed and its credit cost. After approval and payment, Sendvo prepares the campaign for physical production and shows the safest status available.
What should I check before Send?
Review every part of the final confirmation:
- the front and back of the Proof, including spelling, images, offer details, contact information, disclosures, and sender identity;
- the audience criteria or uploaded recipient list and the final recipient count;
- the mailpiece format and any production options; and
- the total credit cost and available credit balance.
Approving Send authorizes physical production. Do not approve until the Proof and audience are final.
What do campaign statuses mean?
The exact labels can vary by mailing method. Common statuses include:
Preparing mail
Your payment and campaign records are being prepared before production submission.
Submitted for production
The campaign has been accepted for print-and-mail processing. If a cancellation option is still available, Sendvo shows its deadline in the campaign. A request is not final until the campaign confirms cancellation.
In production
The mailpieces are queued or being printed and prepared. Changes and cancellation are normally unavailable at this point.
Mailed
The campaign has entered the postal mailstream. “Mailed” does not mean every recipient has received or viewed a mailpiece.
Complete
Sendvo has received the terminal operational status available for the campaign. A complete status is not proof that every recipient personally received, read, or responded to the mailpiece.
Needs support
The campaign requires review. Open the campaign for the customer-safe detail, then contact support if you need help.
Are production and delivery dates guaranteed?
No. Production, postal-induction, in-home, and delivery dates are estimates. Postal operations, weather, address quality, forwarding, recipient circumstances, and other conditions can affect delivery. Tracking and status events describe the mailstream information available to Sendvo; they do not prove that a person saw or responded to a mailpiece.
Can I cancel or change a Send?
A campaign may show a short cancellation window after submission. Use the cancellation action before the displayed deadline if it is available. After production commitment—or when no cancellation option is shown—the Send generally cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.
If a transaction fails before production commitment, Sendvo may restore the affected credits or issue a refund. We may also correct a Sendvo error or provide a refund when required by law. Credit purchases are otherwise generally final.
What if I received a postcard and do not want more mail?
Contact the business identified on the mailpiece about future mailing preferences. Independent businesses decide whom they mail. For a privacy request concerning information Sendvo maintains, contact support@sendvo.io and review our Privacy Policy.
How do I contact Sendvo?
Email support@sendvo.io or use Get Help inside Sendvo. Include the campaign name and customer-visible status, but do not email full payment-card numbers or sensitive credentials.
Response expectation: Sendvo responds within two business days. This is a response target, not a guarantee that every investigation or physical-mail issue will be resolved within that period.
